AVOID!! DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REPLACEMENTS AND NOBODY WANTS TO HELP!

bought furniture for £359 delivered damaged and rubbish quality materials! Called up wayfair nobody answers, I've emailed them and no reply. Called up the delivery company they said it has nothing to do with us you need to contact wayfair for replacements.

£359 down the drain.

Order at your own peril
Ordered an Air conditioner Unit @£168, payment taken and like a lot of reviews on here no record of order and refund issued which is fair enough but within 1 minute of ordering, the price had risen by almost £100, and in stock, so no stock issues and a lot of people had received there's at this price. as a business owner myself with a website, I'm baffled how payment can be taken without an order record ??? ..judging by the most recent reviews this company is on a very very rapid decline and couldn't care less about feedback hence why no replies to negative reviews. shame really as they used to be a decent company

Placed an order on Tuesday 19th and was given a delivery date of Thursday 21nd. Now when I log on to see if I can get an est time it’s saying delivery in January!!!!!! Why the hell would I want 2 air con units delivered in January!!???? Absolutely ridiculous, was in stock when I bought it and they have taken the money!!! Absolute rubbish company!

First time using Wayfair, and the last. Bought an open box product, and did the purchase over the phone with advisors (plural as the first one did it wrong). They both failed to mention (when they knew I was buying a gift card to pay for it whilst on the phone with them) that the website doesn't automatically refresh for open box products so the product may be gone after you pay for it. 2 days later I got a canellation message, and found out this was why.

I spoke to several advisors saying I wanted the cash back as I specifically bought the gift voucher (whilst on the phone) to buy this product that basically doesn't exist - I don't understand how a company like Wayfair doesn't use a proper basket system. The advisors were all sympathetic and said they understood and requested finance to return the money. Then after chasing and hearing nothing, I spoke to another quite rude advisor who said they wouldn't do that - clearly advisors are not being trained as they all say different things.

So now I am lumbered with a voucher for £170 forcing me to spend it with a company that I find appauling. So called "Customer service" has been terrible - generic replies which I am sure they will add to this review. Avoid.

DONT USE AVOID!!! like an idiot I bought 3 things regretted everyone!! TV unit delayed, sofa no one knew where it was despite me receding emails saying it’s being delivered from Wayfair now ordered a table and they just sent the legs!!!! They apparently have sent the top separately!!! You ring customer services who quote all the policies no customer service! When you complain they are self regulated so what they say goes!!!! Do not shop with them!!!

Appalling company
One star is very generous, this company takes your money promises delivery and then never delivers, support staff lie to you make false promises and then even after a month nothing, despite being told there is in stock you eventually get told it will be another month (that could of course be another lie)

Avoid this company, looking at other reviews I share similar expereinces with these pirates

Potential Scam company
Myself and my housemate have tried to place multiple orders over the last few months and the payments go through, we will get verification from the banks side etc but wayfair repeatedly have no history of the order and I’m left having to go out of pocket fighting weeks to get it back. Each time I’m assured it’s a ‘rare, one-off glitch’ should have learnt my lesson the 4th time, I’m now waiting again because of a stupid error that isn’t that rare at all. I’m questioning if this is even a real company. The bank has proof the money has been sent to them, they do this enough it’s a nice bit of interest if put into the right opportunities. Will never ever try to shop here again…

Poor Quality product and delay delivery
I placed an order on the 5/6 of June. My order came on the 25th of June with a broken base for the table. I called to arrange a replacement only to have the date delay three times. 04th/11th/21st of July and now until the 24th of July. I still have not had an update on the true delivery date or time.

I was told the table is popular and its on high demand.

I will never order from Wayfair again!

Payment taken but order not placed
Placed 2 orders on the same day as the first one seemed to glitch upon checkout as no email confirmation from them, but money taken out of account and exactly the same thing happened the 2nd time!! Tried again 2 days later and exactly the same thing…payment gets taken and then it just hangs and states ‘do not refresh, placing order’ but nothing happens…
Spoke to someone on live chat who assured me I would be contacted within 24 hours and obviously wasn’t…then called and emailed was given an email address to send proof of payment to which I did and was assured I would get a response with 1 day…to date, nothing!!
Have now received the 3 refunds but doesn’t help when I wanted to order the items?!

I placed an order on Monday night for…
I placed an order on Monday night for an air con unit on a Monday night, and shortly after I got an email saying it have been cancelled for no reason, I went on the website and it was out of stock
I repeated this with a second unit same thing happened.
I called them on Tuesday as I noticed they had taken both amounts of money out of my account
The CS person told me the third party agency they use rejected the order as payment wouldn't go through and I would get my refund in 3 days but that was depended on my bank All false info. Rang my bank today who said they send the refund to Visa who send it to them It should take five working days
My advice is avoid this company

If you were to read reviews on here you’d not buy.. but different experiences I suppose so that’s why I’m reviewing after buying different items over the years and the quality of products with delivery has been great and just received my Etta wallpaper in grey by crown at paying a great price it was outstanding and good quality so I’m ordering more in a different colour so keep it up Wayfair

Amazed to see so many negative reviews
Amazed to see so many negative reviews, have purchased several items over last few years with no problems. Just ordered a gazebo which came with missing parts, spoke to customer services (no waiting) and they agreed to replace the whole box. New one delivered and old one collected within 2 days. Cannot fault.

Dodgy company
Hello all
I will never ever trust or buy from wayfair again!!
Ordered a shoe cabinet on sale price they cancelled my order due to processing issues!!! And then their customer service agent told me it was out of stock!! I reminded her that it's available now on their website if I pay full price!! She said oh yes it's available now, asked for price to be reduced and they declined!!! Scammers and pirates. Be aware.
